The closest comparison I can make is a high dose of ketamine combined with a clean stimulant. The dissociation is deep, but unlike ketamine I never felt completely sedated. Instead, I felt awake, inspired and strangely capable, as if I were in a lucid dream. The visuals were also beautiful. There were noticeable distortions and mild hallucinations, but none of them felt threatening or uncomfortable. If anything, they added to the dream-like atmosphere of the experience. | |||
The biggest thing I want to stress is the potency. A few milligrams can completely change the experience, and pushing the dose too far can become genuinely dangerous. I strongly recommend weighing every dose accurately. I only measured my dose once and eyeballed it the other times, but I absolutely do not recommend doing that. | |||

I personally know someone who combined it with LSD, cannabis and MDMA, experienced a severe psychotic episode and ultimately required multiple police officers to restrain him. Experience Report
I've only used 3-MeO-PCP a handful of times, but it instantly became one of the most unique drugs I've ever experienced.
